These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Be Pacific Digital Agency Limited website. In these Terms, “BePacific”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Be Pacific Digital Agency Limited.

Client names, logos, trademarks, photographs and project materials displayed in our portfolio may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and description of relevant work and does not transfer ownership to BePacific or to website visitors.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Material submitted with an enquiry remains yours, but you allow us to use it as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to that enquiry.

A contact-form submission does not automatically create a confidential or fiduciary relationship. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or highly sensitive business information through the general contact form. Confidential project information can be handled under an appropriate agreement.
